{"id":298,"date":"2013-10-18T08:20:14","date_gmt":"2013-10-18T10:50:14","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.tsuruokanl.com\/?p=298"},"modified":"2013-10-18T08:25:03","modified_gmt":"2013-10-18T10:55:03","slug":"7th-commonwealth-karate-championships","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.tsuruokanl.com\/?p=298","title":{"rendered":"7th Commonwealth Karate Championships"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The <a href=\"http:\/\/www.karatecommonwealth2013.com\/\" target=\"_blank\">7th Commonwealth Karate Championships<\/a> were held this past weekend (October 11-14, 2013) \u00a0in Quebec City, Quebec. \u00a0The Commonwealth Karate Championship is an international event sanctioned by the Commonwealth Karate Federation. It is part of various endeavours aimed at achieving inclusion of karate in the official program of the Commonwealth Games.
